Two ways of thinking in connecting innovative start-up mentors

Talking about the role of the creative startup advisor, Ms. Nicole Nguyen, CEO of AVSE Corp., AVSE Global Country Director Vietnam said that mentors are also important partners, they need to hear and exchange information. and need the Organizing Committee to give specific information and understand the value of the program.

On the morning of November 26th, Mentors Forum: New Thinking & Innovative Collaborations was held by Business Forum Magazine in collaboration with VSMA in National Economics University.

Speaking at the forum, Nicole Nguyen, CEO AVSE Corp., AVSE Global Country Director Vietnam said: ” Mentoring is not always good. It’s about how mentoring is conducted.”

Nicole Nguyen gave out 2 new ways of thinking.

The first one is to consider mentors as partners. We have to find out more and really understand our partners.

The second one is that mentors is an important part of the community. They are both partners and financial resources providers.

Mentors Forum: New Thinking & Innovative Collaborations is part of National Startup Program 2020 (Techfest Vietnam 2020), with the aim of introducing and updating the activities of the startup mentor community, Vietnamese innovation industry; share experience in organizing mentoring programs and develop a community of mentors, promote collaborative ideas.
